Sarah is a graduate of UC Berkeley, majored in psychology. She worked as a neuro science researcher at UCLA before starting her year-long volunteer work on HIV/AIDS education and prevention in Africa. She currently works in Baragwonath Hospital and Soweto Hospice in Johannesberg, South Africa. Prior to this she worked for 7 months in Arusha, Tanzania providing home-based health care and psychological counseling at hospitals to HIV/AIDS patients and orphans. |
